Through a series of asanas (physical postures) & breathing techniques, yoga offers the unique experience of strengthening the body, while stretching & relaxing at the same time. Whether experienced or brand new to the practice, yoga can be enjoyed because of its range of complexity per pose. Yoga offers a unique way of creating an individual experience within a group setting. All you need is a mat to begin your journey to stronger you…emotionally, mentally, & physically.
